How long does delivery take?
It depends on the product and stock. We state the lead time in every quote.

Who installs the equipment?
Our own engineers.

Who does IQ/OQ/PQ?
Protocols come from the principal or Pharma Biotech; our engineers execute them on site.

Do you work outside Dhaka?
Yes, across Bangladesh.
